Flight SB500, between Noumea, Bangkok and Paris,

• Departure from Nouméa, Sunday August 16th at 02.00 AM,
• Arrival in Bangkok, Sunday August 16th at 08.25 AM,
• Departure from Bangkok, Sunday August 16th at 10.35 AM,
• Arrival in Paris, Sunday August 16th at 06.20 PM.

Flight SB501, between Paris, Bangkok and Noumea,

• Departure from Paris, Sunday August 16th at 09.30 PM,
• Arrival in Bangkok, Monday August 17th at 02.25 PM,
• Departure from Bangkok, Monday August 17th at 04.35 PM,
• Arrival in Nouméa, Tuesday August 18th at 06.30 AM.

We regret to inform you that, due to a technical issue with one of our aircraft, flights SB600 (Nouméa–Papeete) and SB601 (Papeete–Nouméa) have been rescheduled and will be operated by Air Tahiti Nui according to the following timetables (local times):

• SB 601: departs Papeete on Friday 14 August at 08:00 – arrives in Nouméa on Saturday 15 August at 11:30
• SB 600: departs Nouméa on Saturday 15 August at 13:30 – arrives in Papeete on Friday 14 August at 21:55.

Our teams are doing everything possible to offer a new solution as soon as possible.

Noumea, August 12, 2026 – 12:15 AM

We regret to inform our passengers that, due to a technical issue affecting one of our aircraft, flights SB500 and SB501 (Noumea–Bangkok–Paris and Paris–Bangkok–Noumea) scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, have been cancelled.

The aircraft has been grounded since August 7 for extensive maintenance and cannot yet be returned to service. Further checks are required before operations can safely resume.

A new schedule for these flights is currently being arranged. Our teams are fully mobilized to provide affected passengers with alternative travel solutions as soon as possible.

We are aware of the inconvenience caused, particularly during the school holiday period, and sincerely apologize to our passengers.

The safety of our passengers and crew remains our absolute priority.
