We regret to inform you that, due to a technical issue with one of our aircraft, flights SB500 Noumea-Bangkok-Paris and SB501 Paris-Bangkok-Noumea, originally scheduled for 8th of April, have been rescheduled on the 9th of April 2026 at the following times:

• Departure from Noumea at 1.30 am 

• Arrival in Bangkok at 7:55 am

• Departure from Bangkok at 10:05am

• Arrival in Paris at 5:50pm

• Departure from Paris at 9:30pm

• Arrival in Bangkok at 2:25pm on the 10th of April

• departure from Bangkok at 4:35pm

• Arrival in Noumea at 6:30 am on the 11th of April

•    SB 740 Departure from Nouméa at 1.00 am – Arrives in Singapore at 7.20 am

•    SB 741 Departure from Singapore at 10.20 am – Arrives in Nouméa at 10.00 pm

Following a technical fault on one of its A330neo aircraft, Aircalin is adjusting its flights and doing everything possible to ensure the continuity of its operations.

We regret to inform you that the flights SB740/AF4022/SQ6058 Noumea-Singapore and SB741/AF4023/SQ6059 Singapore-Noumea of the 7rd of April are cancelled and waiting for reschedule.

Our teams are doing everything possible to offer a new solution as soon as possible.

Our Airline is facing an exceptional situation in a particularly challenging global context. The part required to return the aircraft to service has been identified at Airbus's facilities in Toulouse, and its delivery to New Caledonia is currently under way. 

In parallel, we have approached all of our airline partners to source a replacement aircraft. Here again, the international aviation landscape is currently extremely strained, availability is virtually non-existent worldwide, and our own remaining aircraft are fully committed to our scheduled services.

The safety of our passengers and crew is, and will always remain, Aircalin's absolute and non-negotiable priority. Our aircraft only fly once they have been certified as airworthy in accordance with the strictest international maintenance standards, audited and validated by the relevant civil aviation authorities.

Following a technical fault on one of its A330neo aircraft, Aircalin is adjusting its flights and doing everything possible to ensure the continuity of its operations.

Flights SB500 and SB501 from Noumea-Bangkok-Paris-Bangkok-Noumea on Monday 6 April have been rescheduled as follows (local times):

• Flight SB500 Nouméa–Bangkok: departure on Monday 6 April at 1.30 pm, arrival in Bangkok at 7.55 pm
• Flight SB500 Bangkok–Paris: departure on Monday 6 April at 22:00, arrival in Paris at 05:45 on 7 April
• Flight SB501 Paris–Bangkok: departure on Tuesday 7 April at 08:30, arrival in Bangkok at 01:25 on 8 April
• Flight SB501 Bangkok–Nouméa: departure on Wednesday 8 April at 03:35, arrival in Nouméa at 17:30 on 8 April
